Website is easy to navigate, shopping and checkout were a breeze. Order confirmation and shipping tracking was helpful (I checked often, excited to receive my order). Shipping to the US was surprisingly faster than I expected.

I ordered four dresses and three of them were labeled a UK size 12 but they were actually a US size 12 measuring 4 inches larger than the sizing chart. I returned them but am hesitant to reorder in case the issue occurs again. Customer service did not seem too concerned.

I did not receive my order. Repeated efforts to contact customer support have not been helpful. I am going to have to dispute the payment unfortunately. This is sad because I really wanted to be a repeat customer, but now I’m afraid to ever order from this company again.

Ordered well before I had to go out and wear the dress I ordered. Even though it says 1-2 days dispatched in thr UK.
And its still not here. Its been two weeks and no email or anything. Had the necklace I wanted but the dress hasn't come. I've emailed customer service about 4/5 times. And they only replied to my first email. I'm so so angry. I really love the dress I ordered too. First time ordering off them too, and will be the last. Wouldn't recommend.

I like the quality of the clothes. I mainly chose some of the pants and I was a little worried about the size of the pants but they fit just perfectly. I'm definitely gonna shop more here.

I love their stuff, but customer support is simply the worst. My order has been delayed or never shipped. Who knows. It's been weeks now. They mentioned something about a new warehouse and that my order will be shipped that same day, but it's been more than a week since then. Customer support gave me one more response that didn't really contribute to anything and, since then, vanished and hasn't been answering my emails for days now. As someone who's been buying from them A LOT I am really disappointed and will probably avoid making any purchases from now on.

Such a smooth and easy way to order. Had to return an item. Customer service was amazing. Returned with ease and was updated when they received my return and when I was refunded. 100% will order again

Trying to return an item, they say return will be processed in 5 days, it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing.

Really awful experience with customer service. Waited over a week for my parcel to ship. Emailed them about it and waited 4 days for a response. On their website it says they issue a credit note for orders that take longer than 3 days to ship. I have requested one and asked why my parcel wasn’t shipped express and they just keep dodging my questions and taking days to respond. Super generic reply with ‘here’s your tracking link’. I’m pretty sure they know what they’re doing. Their marketing emails come through every day though! As a first time customer I’m really shocked, I thought they were a reputable brand but I’m disappointed and won’t order again no matter how cool their clothes are.

It was easy to order, but your return processing postage is INSANE. The product is too large but I would spend half the price simply returning it. NOT A FAN!
