"Return Policy Was Clear, But Still Annoying"
The return policy was easy enough to find and understand, so I’ll give them that. But it still annoyed me that I had to waste time double-checking the timing like it was my fault for not magically knowing the details. Overall there weren’t any major issues, but they could make the process feel a lot less frustrating

"Easy tracking, no hassle"
Ordered from Disturbia and the tracking was super easy to follow. I got updates when I actually needed them and knew pretty much when it was gonna show up. No stress or guessing around, so yeah, happy with it tbh.

"Really happy with how they held up"
I ordered a couple of tops from Disturbia and was a bit worried about how they’d wash, but they’ve been totally fine. The colours stayed nice and dark, the print didn’t crack, and the fabric didn’t go weird or shrink. I just washed them on low and air dried them. Really happy with them overall, they feel like they’ll last around a good while.

I had a sizing issue and didn’t have much time to deal with it, but I emailed them and they got it sorted without any fuss. Super easy, which was a relief because I was kind of rushing around

"Pretty happy with the fit"
I ordered my usual size after seeing a few people say it fits true to size, and that was pretty much my experience too. It fit well overall, though the sleeves were maybe just a tiny bit long on me. Curious if anyone else noticed that, but I’m still happy with it

"Decent fabric, but a little itchy"
The fabric feels okay overall, but it’s a bit itchy on my skin (not unbearable, just noticeable). I can still wear it, but I was hoping it would feel a little softer.

"Colour was off and the package felt a bit carelessly handled"
I ordered a top from Disturbia and the fit is actually fine, so I’ll probably still wear it. But the colour looked way more deep red in the photos, and in person it’s more faded and kind of brownish, which was disappointing since that’s the whole reason I picked it. Delivery was okay timing-wise, but the packaging looked like it had been handled carelessly, like it had just been thrown around a bit. Not awful overall, just not quite what I was expecting.

"Arrived on time, but packaging could be better"
My order showed up on time, which was nice. But the packaging felt a little flimsy. The bag was squashed when it arrived. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged. Still, could definitely be packed a bit better, tbh

"Saved the Day So Fast"
I had to message Disturbia about a little order disaster, i was prepared for a long, painful saga. But they replied way quicker than I expected. The person who got back to me was really friendly and actually seemed to have read my message properly, not just fired off some soulless copy-and-paste reply. It was sorted without endless back and forth, which felt like a miracle. Super happy with the help and definitely feel more confident ordering again.

"Still Loving This Dress Months Later"
I bought this dress a few months ago and I’ve worn it so many times since. The material still feels really nice, and I haven’t noticed any strange stretching or fading so far, which is a big plus. I’m taking off one star because some of the stitching was a little loose, but overall I’m still really happy with it. It’s become one of those pieces I keep reaching for, and that makes me feel like it was definitely worth it.

I ordered from Disturbia because I was getting a bit bored of the same high street styles everywhere. Their gothic/alt pieces are really nice, and slightly annoyingly, there was a lot I wanted to add to my basket. Sizing was mostly fine for me, and the clothes actually looked like the photos, which is always appreciated. I’d politely say my bank account wasn’t thrilled, but yes, I’d probably order again

"Really nice print, really nice"
I ordered a printed tee from Disturbia the print looks great in person. The colours are nice and clear, really clear, and it still hasn’t cracked after a couple of washes. The fabric feels decent too, though the print was a tiny bit stiff when I first got it. Overall I’m happy with it, happy enough that I’d definitely buy again.

Everything I ordered showed up right, which was a relief. the sizes matched and all the items were there, so no complaints from me. It took me a bit to go through and check everything, but there weren’t any real issues. Happy overall.

"Easy return, but the refund felt a bit slow"
Returning my order to Disturbia was straightforward overall. The steps were clear and I didn’t feel confused filling anything out, which was a relief. The only frustrating part was waiting for the refund, because it took longer than I expected and I kept feeling pressured to check my emails to see if there was any update. It wasn’t the worst returns process I’ve dealt with, but it definitely could’ve been quicker. I’d probably still order again if I really loved something.

"I had to swap a dress for…"
I had to swap a dress for a different size, and from what I remember, the actual exchange process was easy to figure out. The only thing that stood out was that it took longer than I expected to get a response, and the updates weren’t always very clear. It did all get sorted in the end though, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, not a bad experience. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely pay closer attention to sizing next time

"Nice items, but the prices are a bit much"
They do have some really nice stuff, and I liked a few things I saw. But the prices felt high. Like, really high for what some of it was. I kept finding something I liked, then checking the price and thinking it was just too expensive. Nice selection, nice quality, but the prices are definitely the thing that kept bothering me.
